These are cream puffs which sold at my workplace.
These names are "baribari-shu" because when we eat them, we make a sound "bari-bari".
The insides of puffs are very full of creams.
It's a 150 yen!! I think it's cheap in spite of the volume.
When I eat it 1 piece, I can become full.

summer vacation

I went to Minnesota of America on kaigai kenshu this summer. This time was my second time to go abroad. I stayed with host family for about one month. My host family’s names were Tom and Lisa. They were very kind for me than I expected. Lisa was very good cooker. She served delicious dishes every day. I liked them very much. I went to lakes many times. I was very surprised that Minnesota has many lakes. My most impressive lake was Lake Superior. It was so great. It looked like a sea!

I can't wait!

Two days later, I will go to America on kaigaikenshu!!!
I haven't finished preparing yet!!^^;
Now, I have hopes and fears.
In Minnesota, I want to experience many precious things!
This is my first time to stay with a family.
I'm really looking forward to meeting my host family!!!!
I can't wait!!!

otemoyan

A girl, "otemoyan" is a famous character in Kumamoto.

This statue is placed in the center of Kumamoto city.

In summer festival, we dance the Bon dancing in "otemoyan" music!

It's a funny dance!

Book Review 1-13

I read Carnival.

Jake is 18 years old. He is in London alone to look at the Notting Hill Carnival. Jake sees a tall beautiful girl at the carnival. Their eyes meet and she smiles at him. He is in love with her. Then, he runs after her desperately!!

It's a funny story!! When I finished reading the book, I laughed in spite of myself.

Ueki town of Kumamoto ships it most in Japan!
The watermelon is the things Japanese of summer, and it's the most delicious now!!
I ate it today. Maybe, I will eat the watermelon many times during summer.
